Large gatherings at Park Hyatt Tokyo are defined by creativity and imagination, personalized planning, unparalleled atmosphere, unique decorations, original menus, and above all, a commitment to quality. The hotel is equipped with three beautifully appointed function rooms which can accommodate grand style wedding receptions to intimate gatherings of close friends and family.

The Ballroom: This dramatic 405 square meter space is enhanced by the high ceiling (6.5 meters/21feet), and features a performance balcony for musicians, and remarkable views of the Tokyo sky and cityscape. The Ballroom seats up to 180 guests for luncheons or dinners and can accommodate standing receptions as large as 300.  

Venetian Room: In the classic tradition of fine European ballrooms, this striking room with Venetian crystal chandeliers and hardwood flooring is a perfect venue for an intimate sit-down dinner or a prestigious reception.

Drawing Room: The refined environment here conveys the spirit of an elegant personal residence, complete with exquisitely appointed dining and lounge areas. A superb venue for aperitifs followed by dinner and late evening cordials.

Wedding Chapel: Generously appointed with white marble and rich fabrics, the chapel accommodates Christian ceremonies, where the altar is decorated with a custom-made silver centrepiece by Italian jewellery designer Gianmaria Buccellati and a mahogany central cross. The mahogany cross harmonizes with wall paintings by Martin Fung behind the altar and on either side of the central aisle that portray a deep forest of trees penetrated by light, imparting a solemn sense of passing through a quiet, spiritual place. Crystal from Murano is used in the decorative lighting for a traditional and romantic touch.
