Meeting Rooms
The Ballroom
The Ballroom is Park Hyatt Tokyo's largest banquet and conference venue. Its conference-quality sound system works hand in hand with a 160-inch, state-of-the-art video wall. Event organisers will appreciate the architectural beauty of this room. Natural sunlight streams in from a row of large windows on one side of the room, and its elegant design is further enhanced by the high ceiling (6.5 metres) and a performance balcony for musicians.
Venetian Room
In the classic tradition of fine European ballrooms, this beautifully appointed mid-sized room with Venetian crystal chandeliers and a hardwood floor is the perfect place for an intimate sit-down dinner or a prestigious reception. A built-in 80-inch video wall is available for corporate meetings. The Venetian Room can be used jointly with the adjacent Drawing Room for expanded capacity.
Drawing Room
This is the most intimate of Park Hyatt Tokyo's three banqueting facilities; this compact venue conveys the spirit of an elegant personal residence and has an exquisitely appointed lounge and dining area. There is a superb room for aperitifs, which is also available after dinner and for late-evening cordials. Spacious windows on the outer wall look down upon the centre of Tokyo. The Drawing Room can be connected with the adjacent Venetian Room for larger gatherings.
