Each conference has access to the latest state-of-the-art visual aids. Both the Ballroom and Venetian Room have built-in video walls. Our in-house team will work in close cooperation with you to ensure flawlessly executed presentations.

Equipment Price Guidelines
The Ballroom basic Sound and Lighting - JPY 50,000 per four hours
The Ballroom basic Sound and Lighting - JPY 50,000 per four hours
- Six wired, two wireless microphones, basic lighting control and operator
Venetian Room basic Sound and Lighting - JPY 30,000 per four hours
- Four wired, two wireless microphones, basic lighting control and operator
Drawing room basic Sound and Lighting - JPY 20,000 per four hour
- Three wired, one wireless microphones and basic lighting control
Sound and lighting charges are required charges regardless if a third party supplies additional lighting and/or sound equipment.

- 3.76 m wide x 2.11 m tall – The Ballroom

Internet Connection in banquet spaces
- JPY 30,000 for 1 line and set up fee
- JPY 50,000 for 2 lines or more (up to 14 lines) and set up fee

- Additional charges from actual calls made will be assessed
In-house Extension Phone Line Connection - JPY 20,000 per unit
