Club On The Park Spa and Fitness Centre features a 26x65 foot (8x20 metre) swimming pool. Stunning panoramic views of Tokyo and a snow-peaked Mount Fuji can be seen through the floor-to-ceiling glass walls from the surrounding deck chairs. A team of personal fitness specialists assist guests and members, tailoring fitness programs to each individual’s needs. Club On The Park offers classes in aqua exercise and aqua walking which rotate every six months.
After a swim, guests may enjoy soothing drinks and light refreshments from the poolside menu. The gourmet menu includes such items as Alaskan King Crab Salad with Mango, Avocado and Cocktail Sauce; Marinated Seabass and Fennel Salad with Tomato Salsa; Fresh Truffle and Potato Tarte; Linguine with Blue Swimmer Crab and Garlic; and a variety of sandwiches, salads, pastas, cereals, yogurts, fruits, and selected Asian specialties. Weider sports jellies and protein/vitamin/energy boosters are also available for those who want a light yet fortifying snack.
Club On The Park is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm Monday to Sunday, and 7:00am to 9:00pm on holidays. Hotel guests may use the 47th floor facilities (pool, gym, and aerobics studio) on a complimentary basis. Children between the ages of 5 and 16 may use the swimming pool if accompanied by an adult.
